FCATS was established with the purpose of widening opportunities through education and delivering care in the community in a manner which is non-discriminatory, sensitive to the personal needs of the client and respectful of the environment and tradition.
This centre believes that the key to community success is through the quality of lives of its people and thereby engages in actively promoting fundamental educational values of hard work, knowledge and desire to take initiative. We are also providing a high-quality flexible, responsive and non–intrusive care service that is tailored to the
needs of the individual in the community.
FCATS services are open to all people to reach the pinnacle of their academic and well-being potentials; to achieve this we work in partnership with other agencies involved in community care to achieve a seamless all-round and cost-effective service.
Overall, we promote quality independent living by working within the individual’s range of identified care and training needs. We guarantee that this institution will continue to grow together with the community and provide increasing quality service for its learners and service users.
