Fast Caring and Training Services Ltd is presently offering care support in mainly adult and young people (teen age) carers.

We strive to create a safe, friendly and homely environment to enable our young people to feel safe and valued. Our support plans include 24/7 staff support, extensive keywork sessions, overall health and well-being. We strive to inspire young minds to achieve entrepreneurial success by creating opportunities for them to develop their skills.

Opening hours
It is 24 hours a day / 7days a week

Duties:

Our role is to support service users by helping young people to face up to difficulties they face and find ways of dealing with them. To utilize our skills to help our service users reach their full potential in safe, ordered and caring environment. We have a responsibility to make sure that young people in our care are protected from bullying, abuse and neglect. Each young person’s Health and Safeguarding is our personal responsibility. we believe in
continuous improvement, each new member of staff must be dedicated to training and upskilling themselves and are supported to develop through training and supervision. Will be assigned as a Key Worker for a service user depending on your role and skills set.

Shifts:

A variety of shifts available including mornings and afternoons.
Full time: Must work 2 shifts every other weekend and work 2 evenings in the week, when you have weekend off.
Part time: Must work 1 shift every other weekend and work 1 evening shift in the week, when you have weekend off.

Will be allowed to do overtime with other care companies only for more earning and care experience.
